Abstract
In consideration of the numerous unhealthy elements prevalent in contemporary lifestyles, particularly in urban settings, it is vital to continuously highlight the beneficial effects of physical exercise on personal well-being. In this context, it is crucial to focus on the involvement of all individuals, particularly those with disabilities, in recreational pursuits. These activities not only promote enhancements in functional capabilities and the health of the musculoskeletal system but also play an essential role in fostering social integration through collective exercise. Individuals with disabilities should be motivated to participate in consistent health-focused physical activities, thus aiding in the overall advancement of both individual and community health. This strategy represents a critical measure towards long-term illness prevention and the maintenance of public health.
