Sentiment and Opinion Analysis in Experts on Artificial Intelligence Applied to Strategic Planning in the Face of the Pandemic

Abstract
In the context of the pandemic, the increase in the use of Artificial Intelligence was due to social distancing and confinement policies. In this sense, strategic planners built a system based on AI, although the exploration and analysis of the dimensions has been carried out from the reasons and motives for use, the objective of this work was to establish the feelings and opinions around the strategic alliance in AI and planning. A documentary, cross-sectional and exploratory study was carried out with a sample of 20 experts, selected by their impact index H reported in Google Scholar. The results suggest the prevalence of four dimensions related to eleven categories concerning AI and its relationship with PE in the context of the pandemic.
