The standard Article Processing Charge (APC) is USD 1,500 per accepted article. This fee supports editorial processing, peer-review coordination, plagiarism screening, copyediting, formatting and typesetting, DOI registration where eligible, online hosting, and publication-related administrative services.

There is no manuscript submission fee. The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication and before the final publication process is completed.
